New Artist: Zarif

This British singer-songwriter of Scottisch-Iranian-Jewish decent is truly amazing. Even if you say you don't like her, you have to admit she has an Amazing voice.

Zarif Davidson makes funky soul/pop songs, which are also very catchy. Her music is a bit 'old meets new', like Caro Emerald and Eliza Doolittle.

Her debut album Box Of Secrets is a total recommend. Her songs are, like I said before, very catchy and they are hard to get out of your head. When I heard Box of Secrets for the first time, it took me almost a week to get it out of my head. Not that it is a bad thing. I was cheerful all week long. Like I am everytime when it's stuck in my head. =P

My favorites of this album are Box of Secrets ft. Mz. Bratt, Over and The Day The Music Left Me. But Let Me Back, Breakout and Seen It All Before are also great. Okay, I can't choose. This whole album is great.
